APRIL – MAY 2012 NEWS   April 8th, 2012

APRIL—MAY  2012

April—May —amazing how the time is flying by!

Firstly Congratulations to Lisa from Beads 2 Bead (Revesby Heights) on the birth of a beautiful daughter—Sienna.

Not sure what is happening at the moment but telephones have been driving me absolutely crazy!!! For those of you who rang and received a message “this number has been disconnected” is has not—just trying to change carriers and it obviously isn’t working too well. Frustration plus!!!

On the good news front—we have some really great workshops coming up. Christine will be with us on Sunday 27th May for Spirit Drawings—there are only limited appointments available on that day so if you would like to have Christine draw one for you—make your booking soon. Those of you who visited Hunts recently would have seen her amazing work. JOPO will also be open Sunday 27th.

Belinda Grace is joining us for a “You Are Clairvoyant & Abundant” evening workshop Friday 4th May—this one is being advertised on Face book so again if you want to attend get in quick.

Tuesday Meditation nights alternating with Luke and Doris have been working out really well.

Luke has just released a Meditation CD and it is available at the shop.

Guasha—This is a really interesting Traditional Chinese Medicine Technique for healing. Christine (no not the artist) will show us all about it on 3rd June.

Doris will have her ever popular Pendulum Workshop on Sunday 6th May—always fun!!

Café Chat with Doris has been a great success—like minded people discussing all

different subjects—why not come along and see.

We are often asked about Tarot classes so Andrea has agreed to do a basic “Introduction to Tarot” Sat 2nd June.

Tricia has some amazing workshops planned too. Check out pages 2 & 3 of the Newsletter for all the Workshop details.

Inner Spirit Circle will be starting at 7pm instead of 7.30 now that Daylight-saving is over.

Lucy is hoping to be able to do some extra days at JOPO—keep an eye on the website for details.

Don’t forget we will be open Sunday 27th May from 10am to 3pm. We are planning some great specials for the day so mark it in your diary!!

We are now stocking some amazing Earthing products. More details are provided on page 4. Some of these products will be available for you to test out in the shop, so if you would like to give them a try, pop in and sit for 30 minutes or so. A really informative book is also available—yes the products are mentioned and how they came about but it is a  real eye-opener about our current living environment and lifestyle. Feedback and results so far have been really encouraging. We also have copies of a Newsletter about Earthing—not such a long read as the book.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Easter—enjoy those chocolates!!

NEWSLETTER FEB MAR 2012   February 3rd, 2012

FEBRUARY – MARCH 2012

Happy New Year to all, it looks like this year is going to speed by just like 2011 did.

Firstly I’d like to thank all those involved with JOPO last year. The workshop facilitators put in so much time and effort, some like Suzy Plummer travel from the Central Coast (by public transport), others like Tricia spend hours writing up notes for the students. I know you will join me in saying “Thank You”. We really do appreciate their efforts.

Over the break we did some major changes in the shop. Janice and Nina were absolutely wonderful. They put in so much physical work, creative ideas and just gave me a push when I needed it.  I remember ringing Janice one night and asking her in frustration “tell me again why I am doing this” she just laughed and said “because it will look great when it’s done” – yeah right, I was surrounded by stock, dust from the builder and wasn’t too sure we were ever going to be organized. But guess what—we did it. A big thank you too, to Steve and Dave. Dave solved my biggest nightmare—the glass cabinets, and Steve put up the new slat wall. This has definitely been a joint effort. Thank you so much to everyone. Friends—what would we do without them!!!    It’s so good to hear all the positive comments regarding our new look, makes all the work worthwhile. We will be restocking over the next couple of months. I started this week with some beautiful new crystals  – but more to come.

Lucy is back with us and will be regularly at JOPO on Thursdays, plus we have twisted her arm for a few Saturdays as well. Lucy is always popular so remember to book in early for your reading with her.  Ester has had a few health hiccups but will be back real soon.

Now to Workshops for this year. The first for the year will be Pangenta’s Cauldron on Thursday 2nd February and then Andrea is returning with Inner Spirit Circle andLighthouse. Carole will have a two day reflexology workshop and also her Indian Head Massage. Lindsay Drummond has come up with an amazing workshop, combining music and manifestation, a unique approach. It has been a while but it will be wonderful to have Luke back teaching NLP and Hypnosis. Meditation nights at JOPO have changed, Tuesday is now Meditation Night. Luke will be facilitating one week and Doris the next. Luke currently has a Meditation group at Penshurst alternate Tuesdays and he has agreed to join us here at JOPO on his off  night.  Perhaps some of our local males may be encouraged to come along.  Tricia will have a two day Crystal Workshop, a great new one on Dreams and a long awaited Numerology Workshop too. Check out our workshop area for all the details.

We have a few new workshops in the planning stages—Iridology for Idiots, Crystal    Healing, Gua Sha, Understanding Your Relationships through the Zodiac Signs and a very talented lady who will spend the day doing Spirit Drawings (I’m not telling who she is, but she is amazing). plus some other ideas on the backburner.

Drumming and Open Circle won’t be run at JOPO this year—for details go to www.crystalstargate.com.au.

More dates for your diary—9th, 10th & 11th March HUNTS Mind, Body, Soul Expo Casula.

2012 appears to be off to a flying start here at JOPO, please support our hard working workshop facilitators and have some fun too.

Please, when you email JOPO put “JOPO Newsletter” or “JOPO Enquiry” in the subject line as I receive so much spam there is a risk your email could be deleted.

Please feel free to pass this Newsletter on to your friends.

WISHING YOU

Prosperity, Good Health and Harmony

OCT NOV 2011 NEWS   October 3rd, 2011

OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2011

Hello everyone and welcome to our latest Newsletter.

Our Goddess Workshop was a great success—thank you to those who supported Tracey. A fun evening and lots of shared laughs. I still have a few copies of her book that included the Goddess gift bag, but only a few so if you would like one be quick!!

An amazing weekend “Heartspace 2011”  is planned for 28th to 30th October. Check out their website www.heartspace2011.com.au

We have a number of Platform nights coming up over the next three months

Mind2Mind—Sandra and Christina Wed 7th December, Kerrie Wearing—Friday 28th October and Caterina Rosa Friday   25th November.    These four ladies all work differently, but all manage to bring the messages through. Book these dates in your diary and with JOPO too as the closer to Christmas it gets the busier we all get.

Doris will be having her final Pendulum and Painting Workshops in November. The painting especially is a great one to not only get creative, but create a unique Christmas gift for someone who has everything—they don’t have a piece of your artwork do they? The Pendulum Workshop is always popular and the cost includes a beautiful pendulum. We run this workshop regularly, so a gift voucher may prove to be a nice Christmas surprise.

It is so good to have Lucy back with us on Thursdays. She is available for readings by appointment on Thursdays only with the possibility of an occasional Saturday.

Tricia has her Christmas Puddings and Cakes available to order through JOPO again this year—they proved extremely popular last Christmas, so get your orders in early. See page 5 of the the Newsletter for details. Tricia is our very talented Astrologer—so a great idea for a different Christmas gift is an Astrology reading with Tricia—gift vouchers are available.

Tricia has also agreed to run a Crystal Workshop. This has been much asked for and after running a very successful one at The Awareness Institute in Crows Nest has agreed to come to JOPO to share her knowledge with us. This is a comprehensive workshop over two consecutive Sundays.

Now to my latest shopping. I have purchased two beautiful Amethyst cathedrals and four magnificent Amethyst Cluster hearts. These are spectacular! The edges are polished to show off their beauty. All are different sizes and prices.

Another addition to JOPO are Crystal Keepers. These are wonderful necklaces, which unlike the metal cages, can hold various shaped crystals. They are soft to wear, adjustable and made with love by a local lady. Suitable for the guys too.

Expected this week are truly beautiful satin and velvet Tarot Bags, Wraps and Tarot Cloths—keep an eye out.

Stacey Demarco’s new Goddesses & Sirens cards have just arrived. These are the other set to her Gods & Titans released recently. Also new in stock are Stewart Pearce’s Angels of Atlantis Cards—really nice.

Sunday 27th November we will be open for a special Sales Day. We hope to do some major “re-arranging” over the Christmas break and the less we have to move—the more my muscles will thank you.

Keep an eye out for an email and news update re the Sale Day and our online shop—very soon.

Please, when you email JOPO put “JOPO Newsletter” or “JOPO Enquiry” in the subject line as I receive so much spam there is a risk your email could be deleted. Please feel free to pass this Newsletter on to your friends.

WISHING YOU Prosperity, Good Health and Harmony

AUG-SEPT 2011 NEWS   August 1st, 2011

AUGUST-SEPTEMBER  2011

Hello everyone and welcome to our latest Newsletter.

Can you believe come September JOPO will have been in Revesby 6 years!!!

This time has gone so fast, yet people, including locals are still saying “are you new here?” When we say how long we have been here they are really surprised.  I do know, that those who need us, find us.

We have more events and workshops coming up, and as the weather warms I’m sure many of you will be enjoying the variety of things JOPO has to offer.

A first at JOPO will be book-signing and workshop with Tracey Jewel. Tracey has recently completed her book “Goddess Within”.  It is full of inspirations to open up the Goddess Energy in us all. Tracey will do a talk about Goddess energies, energy manifestation  and if you purchase her book you will receive a free Goddess Gift Bag (or Goddess Goody bag as I prefer to call it).  Best of all this workshop is FREE, but you must book in to reserve your place.

The Inner Spirit Circle needs some more participants. This workshop is a great place to start your spiritual journey. Andrea is a bit of a nurturer, and likes to draw peoples gifts out gently, but to practice some of the exercises we need more people!! If you have wanted to learn more, this group is for you. Fun, learning and like minded people—what more could you ask for? Don’t forget the short Remote Viewing & Space Clearing workshops in Aug, these may not be on again until next year. Don’t miss out!

John Edward has a new book called Infinite Quest. It is one of the most down to earth books regarding Spiritual work that I have read, and believe me I’ve read a few. Currently I am reading “Growing Up in Heaven” by James van Praagh, so far it is brilliant, a great read especially for anyone who has suffered the loss of a child. Miscarriage, abortion and stillbirth are all discussed and possible causes outlined. Sylvia Brown has some new cards—My Spiritual Reading Deck. There are 74 cards, the artwork and messages are very different from the norm—definitely worth a look.

Jan & I spent a day with Sharon to learn some new Tie Dyeing techniques—we now own these amazing Pixie Sox—but don’t expect them in the shop—they were a bit of a pain to do :) Sharon will be back 30th July to wow us with colour again, do join us, it really is a fun afternoon and you can proudly wear what you make. We are able to order extra dyes if required.

Own sterling silver pendants, chains etc? You  will be happy to know that we now have in stock silver cleaning cloths. I have had one of this brand for a while now and know it works well. We also have a few Gold cleaning cloths.

We have some new crystals which I purchased last week together with some new pieces of Inca Calcite—I can’t help myself—it’s stunning!! One piece is HUGE and beautiful—approx 8.5kg!! I was checking the internet to see who else stocked it and came across a piece that weighed 3.8kg—the price $1900 !!!!!  Wow—you will get 8.5kg for a lot less than that at JOPO.

The online shop is still a work in progress. I now have a new respect for data entry operators!!

WISHING YOU

Prosperity, Good Health and Harmony

JUN-JUL 2011 NEWS   June 4th, 2011

JUNE—JULY  2011

Hello everyone and welcome to our latest Newsletter. Sorry this is a little later than usual.

Well, what’s been happening? Went to see Debbie Malone (www.betweentwoworlds.net) the other Sunday at Kareela Golf Club. I have met Debbie before, but this was the first time I had seen her in a group situation, a large group actually—197 people. Debbie was nervous before the event kicked off but Spirit helped and we had a very enjoyable afternoon, lots of messages and a few of them were really touching (and obviously really needed). Debbie is one of those mediums who work from the heart. There is no ego with Debbie and she is very aware that her job is to bring comfort to people and she does it very well. Congratulations on a great event Debbie!!Debbie has a new event set for 17th July at Kareela—tables of 10 are available, as well as single seats. They must be pre booked see her website for full details.

The Newsletter format has changed a little this month. There are many new workshops to tell you about so check out the Workshop area.

Now to some great stock news—Archangel Michael is back, from the quite large size down to the mini size, there is now one available to suit that special area in your home.

Amber Teething Beads—never heard of them ? Well neither had I until acustomer asked did I stock them. These are bead necklaces and bracelets constructed of amber beads individually knotted and worn by teething bubs. The bracelets are actually best worn as an anklet under sox. They help with drooling, red cheeks and apparently pain. I gave an anklet to a friend for her seven month old daughter to be my “guinea pig”. The grizzling stopped, her cheeks definitely were not as flushed and she seemed a lot happier. The second night they forgot to put her anklet on and it was not a happy night for anyone!! I did check a few of the Mums & Bubs websites and from what I read they do work. The necklace is a good option for the 2 year old teething time, as it is a little large for the smaller bubs. The necklaces are priced at $25 and the bracelets $20, but what price a good nights sleep?  If you do purchase one—please let me have some feedback!!

For those of you into Fairies—we have some great new stock, too much to listat the moment and a little too much to sort as well. Keep you eye out for the great new Fairy T-Shirts !!!

Estealia is proving very popular and has agreed to come in extra days when needed, so if it’s a reading you are after, give us a call. Unfortunately Lucy is tied up in other areas for the moment and is not available.

The other exciting news is that we will have an online shop on our website soon, the wonderful Fi is currently working on it and it will be a work in progress over the coming months, we hope to be fully stocked for Christmas shopping.

APRIL MAY 2011 NEWS   April 5th, 2011

APRIL—MAY  2011

Newsletter time again—it just comes around so fast!!!

We’ve had some fun the last couple of months—Andrea’s students are coming along really well. Quite a few have surprised even themselves. It’s great to hear that not only are they learning lots but really enjoying themselves as well, so Andrea has decided to continue the group. You may join at any time so don’t be concerned that it has been going for a few weeks.

Kylie’s Tarot class has been so popular she has been urged to keep going but Kylie is determined to teach Palmistry so if you want to see “what’s in you hands” this class starts 3rd May. If it proves to be as informative as the Tarot, and I have no doubt it will, – should be a great group.

Graham White joins us to facilitate an interesting workshop—”Create The Pathway To Your Higher Consciousness”. Graham has a long background in training and business coaching and has now decided to combine these skills with his Spiritual side. Sounds really interesting as we all have negatives that need shifting. He is doing a free information night Monday 11th April so that you can learn more about his all day workshop. Bookings please, as we need to know how many cupcakes to buy :)

Doris has some wonderful new workshops planned, don’t know how she does it but she always manages to make these workshops fun, interesting and usually very appropriate to what is going on in the participants lives. Check out the free talk about her “Captain of Your Life” workshop , (the next subject for her Intuitive Awareness group) Friday 29th April—more cupcakes—so bookings please.

Sharon came along to teach us to Tie Dye—well what a great Saturday afternoon and Wednesday evening—none of the participants had a clue before we started but by the end of the session we had all created unique pieces. I did a t-shirt on the Saturday, which I had hanging up in the back of the shop to show on the Wednesday night and a customer asked was it for sale!!!  Not bad for a first effort. Artistic I am not—so anyone can learn to Tie Dye—Sharon will be back– hopefully in June.

Lucy and Caterina’s last Platform Night was a real success—these two work well together and the messages come through quickly and clearly. There was no sign of the stage fright they both suffered from on their debut night. They will be back with more messages Thursday 19th May so book in soon.

Lindsay and I will facilitate a Wish Game Night in May. As these nights are limited to 8 players you will need to get in quick to ensure your seat.

Now to new stock—where do I start—more crystals of course and finally our Crystal Wall has some semblance of order. Thanks Loraine and Jan.  I received a bit of a shock myself I didn’t realize just how many different crystals we stock. For the pet lovers, cute little Pet Couture Gemstone tags, these are of different crystals and the perfect size for a small to medium dog or a cat. Not sure a Shepherd or a Rottie would appreciate them though. Next for us girls are Angel Bracelets in various colours representing different messages—really nice. A few new crystals—I’m not going to tell you what they are—see if you notice them on the Crystal Wall. Books of course, can’t resist them always something new on the bookshelf. I have ordered some new plaques and they should be here in April—similar to the Angel and Dragonfly series which have now been discontinued. I also purchased some Tie Dye paint from Sharon—so who knows what may appear in the shop over the next few weeks—all I need to do is find the time!!

Cheers for now

FEB – MAR 2011   January 29th, 2011

FEBRUARY-MARCH 2011

2011 has arrived, for some it has not started well. Our thoughts are with those affected by floods or bushfires. Mother Nature can be a hard taskmistress at times and unfortunately we are powerless to stop her. The Aussie spirit has come to the fore and those earth-angels who have been (and still are)  involved with the rescue and rehabilitation of human, animal and nature deserve not only our thanks but our admiration for such selfless work.

Tricia our Astrologer is an amazing lady who has pulled off an equally amazing feat. Those on our email list would have received information on her efforts along with a request for your help. For those who did not receive this information I have attached the content of the email I sent as  extra pages to the Newsletter. This will be an ongoing thing as Queensland and Northern NSW will not be back to normal anytime soon. Apart from time, money and physical efforts, the emotional repercussions will be felt for years. Let’s try and do our bit to ease these emotional traumas and as Tricia says lift their spirits a little and let them know we do care. The first of these trucks left last Sunday. Well done Tricia—maybe you could have a chat to the politicians and show them how things can be done fast!

This year we aim to bring you a wider range of workshops. Some will be great fun, others will uncover your talents, others a wonderful learning curve. Whatever you decide to participate in, our facilitators will certainly do their best to ensure you enjoy your time with us.

We would like to welcome Andrea, Sharon and Estealia to JOPO this year. These girls have different yet wonderful talents which they have agreed to share.  Not only a real asset to JOPO but  an opportunity for us all to widen our learning.

Andrea Kaldy is an accredited psychic medium, writer, editor of inspirit Magazine and co-host of inspirit TV, She specializes in mediumistic healing psychic profiling and hauntings. Her passion is to assist people with their inner Spirit and true self. Andrea’s twice monthly group  -  Inner Spirit Circle will I believe provide a place for those  wishing to develop their personal psychic skills.

Estealia is a talented Reader (Psychic, Tarot & Angel)  and Healer (Crystal Healing ,Spiritual Healing, Bowen Therapy). She will be available Saturdays and other days my mutual agreement. Estealia comes to us with over 40 years of experience.

Sharon, well what do I say. I met Sharon at a Psychic Fair and she is such a bubbly zany lady, you could not help but just love her. Sharon produces and also teaches the most amazing Tie Dyeing. Scarves, T-shirts, Baby wraps—bright vibrant colours.  Reminds me of the 60’s—now I’m really showing my age!! Sharon also sells Wear Your Goddess Clothing check out her website www.wearyourgoddess.com

Kerrie Wearing and her crew worked very hard last year to bring a series inspirit TV together and this year they continue their hard work with another episode being filmed at Hunts Comfort Inn Liverpool, Friday 18th February 7.30pm for tickets & further details see www.inSpiritTV.com

Unfortunately Monday morning and Tuesday evening Meditation has been cancelled although Monday evening Meditation will continue.

Please, when you email JOPO put “JOPO Newsletter” or “JOPO Enquiry” in the subject line as I receive so much spam there is a risk your email could be deleted. Please feel free to pass this Newsletter on to your friends.

October – November 2010 News   October 4th, 2010

OCTOBER 2010—JANUARY 2011

We have some exciting new workshops for you in the coming weeks—but make sure you book nice and early, some I’m sure will fill very fast. Lindsay Drummond has a short video on her website with pieces from her last Shine Your Light at JOPO—have a look at www.lindsaydrummond.com/shineyourlight—looks like I am being dragged into the new technology, like it or not! Just kidding Lindsay—great to see.

As some of you may have noticed we have been busy re-arranging the shop—hopefully to make things easier for everyone—don’t worry there is still plenty of room for prams and wheelchairs.  More books have arrived, I just can’t help myself but so much is being brought forward for us to consider and learn. I’m really excited about the new stock that has just arrived from the US., beautiful pewter Ted Andrews Animal Speak Charms,Goddess Wisdom Charms, Healing Hearts—the list goes on.  Nice mens pendants too. Some new delightful smelling sachets that can be used in the home, the car or even in a simmer pot. There is a Eucalyptus and Mint which I’m sure the guys wouldn’t mind at all, good for the boot of the car, especially if you carry the sports gear.

Now to what’s happening here at JOPO—Lindsay Drummond returns to us Friday 8th October for “Shine Your Light”, Luke Dixon’s really interesting Hypnosis & NLP workshops are back, Kerrie Wearing will host her last workshop for 2010—Mediumship on 21st   October, Carole will be teaching Indian Head Massage in November and we have a couple of brand new workshops—Intuitive Self Healing and Colour—what’s it to you?

Wednesday 24th November, Sandra will be available for personal readings. You will need to book as she can only fit in so many in one evening. Most of you will know Sandra from Mind2Mind or the 3 Mediums show. A talented lady indeed.

We have a new regular reader here on Thursday each week. Lucy is a delight, a very talented reader and although she is coy about it,  a pretty good medium as well.

Sadly we have cancelled Tuesday evenings Meditation but Doris will conduct a relaxation/meditation group on Monday evenings at the earlier time of 6.30pm, prior to her Intuitive workshop. For the moment Monday mornings Meditation will continue but we need your support if both these Meditation sessions are to continue next year.

Lucy will join Caterina for a night on Platform Thursday 9th December, these two are characters and it should be a great night. I’d also like to pass on my good wishes to Caterina and Robert for their upcoming wedding—they are a beautiful couple and I’m sure have a wonderful future ahead of them.

Lots of interesting events to round out the year. Please book in early and don’t leave it ‘til the last minute, as workshops are cancelled if we don’t have the numbers a week before. That way you won’t be disappointed !

Just a reminder too that you can layby your Christmas shopping and pick it up a few days before Christmas. Gift Vouchers too, are a great gift when you are not too sure what to buy. Vouchers are available for JOPO Dollars, readings or workshops. Now that summer is almost here don’t forget our range of garden statues too.

Just a small request, anyone with ideas for workshops next year, please let me know so we can look at giving you what you want. Just email me.

This being the last Newsletter for 2010, may we wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful, loving and restful holiday season,  yes I know it’s only October but we won’t get another chance before Christmas.

Please,  when you email JOPO put “JOPO Newsletter” or “JOPO Enquiry” in the subject line as I receive so much spam there is a risk your email could be deleted.

Please feel free to pass this Newsletter on to your friends.

August-September 2010 News   July 28th, 2010

AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2010

Hello everyone and welcome to our latest Newsletter.

Loraine and I had the most amazing weekend at the “Lisa Williams Mediumship Australia”, recently.  Lisa is a delightful girl, so real, down-to-earth and no ego. She shared her experiences, both Spirit and personal so freely, we all (all 1000 of us) felt she was talking just to each of us. Lisa was on stage the full two days, her normal energetic self and when we caught up with her about 7.30pm on Sunday she was still as fresh as she had been first thing Saturday morning. Still buzzing I think were her words. It is wonderful to see someone enjoying what they do—the Sunday afternoon readings were very emotional but very healing too.

People came from Perth, Tasmania, New Zealand and Singapore plus many from Sydney, Melbourne and of course the locals. A very mixed bunch but the energy was good and it was great to see the number of males in the group. Kelvin Cruickshank came over from New Zealand and he was the first face I recognized, alas I’m not good on names but pretty ok with faces—so of course said “Hi—how are you doing” as if to an old friend, Kelvin being the gentleman he is answered in a friendly manner and then probably thought who is that crazy woman—I don’t know her. It wasn’t until Loraine reminded me that we had been at his show a few months ago that I realized who is was—never mind at least he knew there was one friendly Aussie at the workshop. Unfortunately that wasn’t the first time I’d done this and probably won’t be the last—I might sometimes get a puzzled look but I usually get a friendly reply.

Now I guess you want to know what’s happening here at JOPO—Shine Your Light went really well. Lindsay has a very powerful voice, so I was just a little concerned about the glass in the shop :) I should not have worried—she performed beautifully, (and just loud enough). Eleven inspirational songs, with words of wisdom in between made this a night to remember. For those who missed out, Lindsay will no doubt be returning very soon.

Kerrie Wearing has returned from overseas, and although extremely busy has made time to do a Mediumship Workshop with us 21st October.

Anyone intrigued by Hypnotherapy?  Luke Dixon’s  “Evolve Your Life with Hypnosis and NLP” will be a great introduction for you. Luke, a clinical hypnotherapist, will do a short workshop Wed 4th August  from 7pm  and if you then want more—a full day on Sun 5th Sept. For those of you curious about the Spiritual/Intuitive Awareness 101, Doris will be having a discussion night to tell you all about this amazing series of workshops. Keep Monday 2nd August free and come along and quench that curiosity of yours. No cost and you can join us for a cuppa afterwards. Suzy’s Angel & Spirit Guide Drawing Workshop was wonderful, although fewer participants than I had expected, we had a great day. Suzy has a delightful nature and dragged out (at least in my case) our drawing skills—to say I was surprised— what started out as an old man finished up a youngish woman—Spirit playing tricks at my expense I think. Susy will be back with us Sunday 10th October for another great day. JOPO has been paid some lovely compliments, but my favourite is that our workshops are very nurturing, it’s humbling for us that people feel this way.

Meredith Collins has joined with Kerrie Wearing to present a first of its kind event for all of us who work in the Mind, Body, Spirit area. See My Editorial for details. Free Information Night Friday 30th July 7.30—ring to book in.

We have some great workshops and events ahead at JOPO, if you wish to attend then book in early to avoid disappointment.

Just a reminder when you email JOPO please put “JOPO Newsletter” or “JOPO Enquiry” in the subject line as I receive so much spam there is a risk your email could be deleted.

Please feel free to pass this Newsletter on to your friends.

June – July 2010 News   May 28th, 2010

June-July—just where has the year gone?

Thankyou to everyone for their comments on last Newsletter’s “Rave”. I had no idea the impact it  would cause. Many of you have gone through losses and knew exactly where I was coming from—you had been there. The most memorable comment though, came from a girl who thanked me for writing it—she had not nor had her friends gone though the  loss of someone close to them—her comment “thankyou—now I know what NOT to say.” If one well meaning, but hurtful comment can be avoided —my rave was worth writing.

Two friends of mine are building a home at Casula, and as one would do, have been taking progress photos. The slab went down and they were out there that evening  to record their home taking shape. This is I think, going to be a special home as there was literally an Orb Shower. Hundreds of orbs can be clearly seen in one photo in particular.I have a copy of it, so check it out when next visiting the shop.  Spirit is surely keeping an eye on this home.

This Newsletter is a little early as Loraine and I are off to spend a weekend with Lisa Williams. We have been looking forward to this workshop since Lisa was out here last year. Tricia will be manning the shop during the week and Janice on Saturday morning, so please give them a little leeway if they can’t locate things too easily. We will fill you in on our trip next Newsletter.

Don’t worry too much about the cold when considering workshops—remember the air-conditioning heats as well—so you should be nice and cosy.

We have some great new workshops ahead—ever wondered what your Spirit Guide or Angels looks like? Join Susy for a day of Angel & Spirit Guide Drawing, can’t draw? —well neither can I but if I’m willing to give it a go, why don’t you.

Lindsay Drummond, a very talented singer/songwriter will be performing some of her new uplifting songs and combining these with lots of inspiration to present an amazing and I believe first of its kind workshop.

Pangenta’s Cauldron will be celebrating Yule ( Winter Solistace) during their next get-together Thursday 3rd June.

The Pendulum workshops have been really popular, so we now have a “ More from your Pendulum” evening. Those of you who have done the first workshop will be shown even more ways to use and learn from you Pendulum.

Bernice has changed the format of her The Write Inn evenings, so all you budding writers out there, join Bernice for an evening of creativity.

Our Aura Day (Aura Photos, Drawings & Readings) is on again 27th June, please book early as this is proving very popular.

Carole is teaching Indian Head Massage. Sunday 20th June  still has a couple of vacancies, and the next one is booked for 1st August. Email Carol or JOPO for bookings.

Michael made the trip from Bowraville by train just for our wonderful Angel workshop—thankyou so much Michael for a funny, yet very healing afternoon.

Kerrie Wearing is in the US at the moment and from what I hear will be working with some pretty well known Mediums—next issue of InSpirit Magazine should be a great read!! (yes we stock it at JOPO)

Christine and Geoff have some great workshops coming up—check out their website!! Those of you who have attended workshops recently will have noticed some changes at JOPO, we are finally getting a little more organized (can’t rush these things we’ve only been there nearly 5 years). More changes are in the wind so stay tuned…..
